David Stember/ Director From an early age, David Stember cultivated three distinct areas of interest: spiritual growth, volunteerism, and business development. He began a life of service as a young monastic living in an eastern spiritual community, and continued for over 30 years as a lay leader directing community-based youth camps and organizing this international spiritual community’s 5,000 member annual conference.
On the professional side, David’s business activities have included real estate development, sales and marketing in commercial printing, and the founding of an innovative Graphic Arts Agency, which he grew and then eventually sold to employees.
After earning a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology, David’s professional focus has become fostering the values and practices of a healthy enterprise. He has served on numerous boards, and as a consultant and coach he regularly assists both not-for-profit institutions and small business owners who believe inspired enterprise can make a difference and change our world for the better.
