Peter Watson/ Director Peter Watson has been a corporate leader for decades, most recently acting as a consultant to Attorney's Liability Assurance Society (Bermuda) Ltd., a mutual insurance company formed to provide professional liability insurance to large US law firms. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2002 until 2007. Prior to joining the company in 1998, Mr. Watson's career was with Price Waterhouse, initially in London and Montreal, and from 1975, in Bermuda where he also served as Senior Partner of the firm. In his later years with Price Waterhouse, Mr. Watson was also responsible for managing the worldwide professional indemnity program for the global firm.
Peter holds a B.A. from Bishop's University in Sherbrooke, Quebec and professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant in Quebec. He is a past president and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and of the Ordre des comptables agrees du Quebec. Peter also serves on the boards of public and private companies and several not-for-profit organizations. He divides his time between Bermuda, London and Greensboro, Vermont.
